By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these TOU and our Privacy Policy ("Terms and Conditions"). If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Site. Your Relationship with BestbodyCA

BestbodyCA, on behalf of one or more professional corporations ("Professional Entities"), provides information about remote weight loss treatment programs ("Telehealth Visits") and facilitates access to telemedicine services ("Services"). Our Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL], details our practices regarding your information.

BestbodyCA acts as a "business associate", facilitating access to the Services on behalf of the Professional Entities. BestbodyCA operates independently of the healthcare providers offering telehealth services and is not liable for their actions or communications. BestbodyCA does not practice medicine or provide health services.

ALL INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT ESTABLISH A PROVIDER-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP. USE OF THE SITE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT.

Free Weight Loss Consultation

By using the Services, you agree to the following:

1.  Use electronic communications to share patient information for providing Services.

2. Differ from in-person visits as you and the Provider will not be in the same location.

3. Some elements of your care may be performed by other providers.

4. Communication systems during consultation will use reasonable security protocols.

5. There are potential risks with using technology, including delays, security protocol failures, and incomplete medical records leading to adverse outcomes.

6. Free consultations will not be audio or video recorded, and you agree not to record them.

7. BestbodyCA does not provide professional medical services.

Payment Obligations

Upon registration, you agree that:​

1. You allow BestbodyCA and the Professional Entities to submit claims for Payor Reimbursement.

2. You permit the release of necessary information to process claims.

3. If Payor Reimbursement does not cover service costs, BestbodyCA may charge your payment method for the remaining amounts.

4. If you choose not to use weight loss  programs or payors, you are responsible for all service costs.

You agree to be charged for services by providing a payment method, authorizing BestbodyCA to charge fees and taxes. This authorization remains in effect until canceled in writing, and you will notify BestbodyCA of any changes to your payment method.

Affirmations and Assurances

By using the Site, you affirm:

1. You are at least 18 years old.

2. You have the legal capacity to enter into these TOU.

3. Your registration information is accurate and complete.

4. You will comply with applicable laws.

5. You will not interfere with others' use of the Site.

6. You will not disrupt BestbodyCA’s security measures.

7. You will notify BestbodyCA if your information changes.

8. You are using the Site for personal use.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate software and hardware capabilities to use the Site and for any associated fees.
